Yes. You can build pathways from your own competency frameworks or copy and adapt one of the starter templates. Templates are examples and are not tied to any curriculum authority.

Every plan starts with a free trial, shown on the pricing page. You can set up real students, lessons and pathways during the trial and choose a plan when you are ready to continue.

You can invoice families in many currencies, including AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, USD, EUR and GBP. Your TutorPathway subscription itself is billed in US dollars.

Yes. You can configure your tax label, rate, whether prices include tax, and your tax registration number. Please confirm your tax obligations with a qualified advisor.

You do. Your organization controls the student data you enter; TutorPathway processes it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Yes. Every record belongs to a single organization, and access is checked on every request. Users of one organization cannot see another organization's records.

Not by default. Our support team can only view student records if an owner grants time-limited support access, and that access is recorded in an audit log.

TutorPathway is designed to support compliance with data protection laws such as the UAE PDPL and the GDPR, including data minimization, access controls and data export. Your obligations depend on your circumstances, so requirements are configurable and remain subject to your own legal review.

Parents see their own children's lessons, homework, released results, approved progress reports and — if you allow it — invoices and payments. Private tutor notes and AI drafts are never visible.

Only if a guardian allows it. Guardians are included in conversations with minors, and portal access for minors is enabled by a guardian.

No. Family and student portal access is included for the families of the organizations that subscribe, on plans that include portals.

No. AI features are optional and disabled until your organization turns them on. Everything in TutorPathway works without them.

By default, AI runs in anonymized mode: student names and identifiers are replaced before anything is sent to an AI provider. Identified mode can only be enabled by an owner who records a lawful basis.

No. Anything family-facing that AI drafts is saved as a draft for you to review, edit and approve. The evidence used for a suggestion is shown alongside it.

Yes. The whole interface is available in English and Arabic with a full right-to-left layout. Each person can choose their own language.

Yes. Progress reports can be produced in English or Arabic, with correct Arabic text shaping in the PDF.

Yes. Owners can request an export of their organization's data in standard formats at any time.

You can import students from CSV or Excel files. For larger migrations, contact us and we will advise on the best approach.

You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

You can export your data before your subscription ends. After cancellation, data is retained for a limited period and then deleted, as described in our privacy policy and terms.
