Yes. Every plan includes a free trial for the number of days shown on the plan. You can explore all the features of the plan you choose during the trial.
Yes. You can change your billing period or plan from your billing settings. Changes take effect according to the billing terms shown when you make the change.
Your existing data is never deleted because of a limit. To add more active students or tutors than your plan allows, upgrade to a plan with higher limits, or archive students you no longer teach.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country. Applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a purchase.
Each AI action uses a set number of credits. Plans that include the AI assistant come with a monthly allowance, and you can buy additional credit packs at any time. AI is optional and off until you enable it.
Your TutorPathway subscription is separate from the invoices you send to families. Payments from your students go to you; online card payments, where available, may involve fees from the payment provider.
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, and you can export your data before you leave.
